OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the course, delegates will:
- Have grasped the basic principles of the acquisition, processing and interpretation of subsurface geophysical data
- Be aware and to a large extent learn how to evaluate the data through lectures and discussions integrated with practical exercises
- Understand the role of geophysicists in the process of exploration and appraisal data acquisition, processing and interpretation with respect to uncertainties in reservoir description and basic modeling.
