  • Persuasion and influencing strategies

  • Introduction to assertiveness

  • Introduction to personality profiling and discussion of job relevance
  • Delegates receive individual feedback of their personality profiles
  • Introduction of creativity, approaches and techniques including ‘mind mapping’
